2. Toss chicken cubes in the marinade until evenly coated. Now cover and refrigerate it for at least 25-30 minutes.

3. Heat grill to medium-high.

5. Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and charred.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make BBQ Chicken Wings

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.

3. Place the seasoned chicken wings in the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

4. Cook the wings for approximately 10-12 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crisp, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

5. Now in a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, and butter. Optionally, add hot sauce for an extra kick.

6. Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it simmers.

7. Once the chicken wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.

8. Pour the hot BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken wings and toss them until they are evenly coated.

9. Serve the wings hot with some chopped green onions or sesame seeds.

3. Sweet Chilli Chicken

Ingredients For Sweet Chilli Chicken

  • 180 g chicken breast, diced
  • 10 ml sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 g chilli flakes
  • 40 g bell peppers, sliced
  • 15 g garlic, minced
  • 15 g onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml vinegar
  • 40 g corn flour
  • 5 g seasoning powder 
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 5 g spring onion, finely chopped
  • Vegetable oil as required 
  • Salt to taste  
  • Sweet paprika to taste

How To Make Sweet Chilli Chicken 

1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, eggs, and corn flour. Mix until chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.

2. For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway. Drain them on some tissue paper. 

4. Then heat the same pan over medium-low heat. Add sauce and stir for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.

6. Turn off the heat and add chicken, coating evenly in the sauce.

7. Serve immediately, garnished with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.

Optional: After removing the chicken from the pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of boiling water to the remaining sauce in the pan. Stir the water into the sauce using a spoon. Pour this extra sauce over the completed dish for added flavour.
