  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Chopped, Dried Figs
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Fruits And Nuts (Optional)

Directions

  • In a pan, add water and bring to a boil.
  • Next add in all the ingredients.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes and take off the flame.

  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 Chopped Tomato

  • 1-2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • Spices As Per Taste

Directions

  • Chop vegetables and keep aside.
  • In a big bowl, break eggs and add in salt and spices as per taste.
  • Next, add the chopped vegetables and whisk the mixture.
  • On a hot pan, spread some oil and pour in the egg mix.
  • Top the egg with sesame seeds and flip to cook the other side.
  • Once well cooked, take off the flame and enjoy as is or with toasted bread.

  • Whole Wheat Flour As Required
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds Or Til
  • Salt To Taste
  • Water As Required
  • Butter (Optional)

Directions

  • In a big bowl, add whole wheat flour, sesame seeds and water.
  • Knead to make a soft dough. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll into a paratha.
  • On a hot tawa, spread some butter and cook the paratha on both sides.
  • Take off the flame and top with butter and relish.
