Iron-Rich Food Items
Iron is important for our body especially for pregnant women as it enhances vitality. It is one of the nutrients pregnant women need to combat fatigue. Leafy greens such as Kale and Spinach, and legumes such as lentils are rich in iron content and thus should be a part of pregnant women's diet. These foods are a nutritional powerhouse and can act as a fatigue-fighter.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Another important nutrient that can help you might fatigue is Omega-3 fatty acids. Food items like Salmon and trout are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. So, if you are non-vegetarian then you can include these fish in your diet. However, if you are vegetarian then you can opt for whole grains like Quinoa and oats.
Protein
Protein is the building block of life and thus is effective against pregnancy (fifth month pregnancy care) fatigue. Lean proteins such as poultry, tofu, and legumes are rich in amino acids and thus can ensure sustained energy throughout the day.
