Virabhadrasana II (Warrior Pose-II)
This asana engages various muscle groups, including the biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and muscles in the hips & shoulders. The engagement of all these groups of muscles contributes to calorie expenditure which in turn facilitates overall fitness and weight management.
Utkatasana (Chair Pose)
It engages and strengthens the muscles in the thighs, calves, and ankles alongside activating the muscles in the core, and regulates overall blood circulation. It is a well-rounded yogasana that contributes to overall fitness and weight management.
Pada-Hastasana (Hands to Feet Pose)
This pose involves bending forward from the waist to the feet providing a deep stretch to the hamstrings, muscles located at the back of the thighs and creating a compression of the abdomen. Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
