Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
Baddha Konasana also known as Cobbler’s pose is a comforting yoga pose that features opening of the hips and stretching the inner thigh muscles. This pose strengthens the core and improves the posture as well. This pose activates the back muscles and stretches the spine. This pose is also very helpful for people who spend a lot of time sitting on chairs.
Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
Ustrasana also known as Camel Pose is a chest-opening backbend exercise that has proved to be effective in easing lower back stiffness. This pose resembles a camel hump and that’s why it is named Camel pose. This pose can help in relieving the lower back pain which is often a common issue during periods.
Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend Pose)
Paschimottanasana is a Sanskrit word for seated forward bend pose. In this pose (yoga poses for constipation) the back side of the whole body including the spine is intensely stretched. Both legs are stretched in a straight position on the ground while holding the big toes with hands and placing the forehead on the knees making a seated forward bend yoga. This pose opens the spine and spine the back muscles.

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
Dhanurasana also known as Bose Pose is known to fight fatigue. It also improves the blood flow and digestive system. If you are someone who is glued to a chair for a long time, this pose (yoga poses for new mom) can help in improving your posture and relieving back pain and menstrual discomfort.
