For your daily care routine, cleanse your skin twice a day, morning and night.
Dry Skin Appropriate Skincare Routine:
For dry skin, take half a cup of cold milk and add five drops of coconut oil. Cleanse the skin with it, using cotton wool. Keep the leftover mixture in the fridge.
Oily Skin Appropriate Skincare Routine:
- For oily skin, mix rose water, cucumber juice, and lemon juice in equal quantities. Wipe the face with cotton wool.
- After cleansing, wipe this skin with chilled rose water and cotton wool. Pat the skin briskly.
The Importance Of Exfoliation In The Run Up To The Wedding:
Start exfoliating your skin once a week a month in advance. It helps in removing dead skin cells from your skin.
DIY Exfoliation Routine You Can Try At Home:
- For this, grind 5-6 almonds with curd.
- Add lemon peel powder to it, mix it, and then apply it on the face and neck.
- Massage it with light hands for a minute and then clean it with raw milk and wash your mouth.
- It brings an instant glow to your face.
Honey And Orange Juice DIY Moisturiser:
- Mix honey with one teaspoon of orange juice and apply on the face,
- This will make it soft and smooth.
- Wash it off after 20 minutes.
- It suits all skin types.
The Importance Of Scrubs In Pre-Bridal Skin Care:
Apply Scrub every fourth and ninth day to get your hands on the pre-bridal glow up of your dreams.
DIY Scrub You Can Try At Home:
- 3 teaspoons coarsely crushed sesame seeds,
- One teaspoon each of curd, honey, and rose water or egg white
- Apply on the face and rub gently with small circular movements.
- Wash off with water
Diet And Nutrition Tips And Tricks, To Make Sure You Glow On Your Big Day:
- Include fresh fruits, raw salads, leafy green vegetables, sprouts, soya beans, and yogurt in your diet.
- Drink at least six to eight glasses of water daily.
- Add the juice of a lemon to a glass of warm water and a pinch of cinnamon and have it first thing in the morning.
- Also, you should include ‘Pranayam’ in your exercise schedule.
