Strong & Silent Pillar Of Support: Shah Rukh Khan Describes Ajay Devgn During #AskSRK

During an #AskSRK session, Shah Rukh Khan called Ajay Devgn ‘strong and silent.’ This ended the long debate on whether the two actors are friends or enemies. They might not be best of friends, but they sure are cordial with each other.

If you are a Shah Rukh Khan fan, you would know what #AskSRK is. It is a Q&A session that the Pathaan actor does frequently on Twitter. While he was going on replying to tweets today, a user asked him to say something about Ajay Devgn.

Pillar Of Support

The Twitter user said, “Ajay Devgn is very happy with the advance booking of Pathaan!! Any words for him? His film #BholaaTeaser2 was released today!!! #AskSRK.”

To this, Khan replied, “Ajay has been a pillar of support and love to me and my family for years. He is a wonderful actor and a beautiful human being. Strong and silent.”

The tweet left the internet in awe of the actor’s praises of Devgn.

Khan and Kajol have done many films together, including Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Baazigar, and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge among others. However, it was pointed out in the past that Devgn and Khan do not share a cordial relationship with each other, but they have always stood up for each other.

In a 2015 interview, Khan said if he would call Devgn at 3.00 AM in the night and tell him he had some work with Kajol, he would ensure that the actor would receive the message.

SRK pointed out that they both share almost similar family dynamics and belong to the same industry. Therefore, both of them understand work commitments.

In an old interview, Kajol talked about the massive fan following of Shah Rukh Khan. On a comparison between Khan and Devgn, the actor said, “The answer is so simple. It’s because he worked hard for it. Maybe his hard work doesn’t show, and Ajay Devgn’s shows. He just works 24*7 at making sure he is who he is, unchanging, and at the same time, changing and evolving and doing other things.”

Kajol has also cleared the air that the two might not be best of friends but they have never been enemies either. Shah Rukh Khan has always been her friend, and she had never imposed the same on Devgn. She also mentioned that the two have met several times and share a cordial relationship.

A fan shared Khan’s image from Pathaan flaunting abs. He asked him about the number of abs he had. To this, King Khan said he has many abs, but now, he was looking for good qualities.

Another user asked Khan if we should expect romance from the film. SRK replied, “Main jahan hota hoon wahan romance, dance and bromance hota hai (Wherever I am, one will always find romance, dance and bromance).”

A person tweeted that he had booked Pathaan tickets for 12.00 AM and was afraid to get back home late at night. Khan suggested sleeping outside the house, returning early in the morning and saying that he went for a run.

One user shared an image of SRK from an IIFA event where he was dressed like a woman. He tweeted, “Femme fatale.” Khan said, “Arre no no this is me dressed as a lady. I know I am attractive in all avatars, but you will find yourself a better muse my friend!!! Apologies for misleading you.”
