Mutton Lonvas

Ingredients
- 5-6 Pieces of mutton with bones
- Salt to taste
- 2-Inch finely-chopped ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Aazol bottle masala
- 1 Tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 Diced bottle gourd
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 Tablespoon tamarind purée
- 2 Cups coconut milk
- 2 Cups water
Method
- Add mutton with bones to a pressure cooker. Add salt to taste, finely chopped ginger and water.
- Mix it well and allow the meat to cook.
- In a heated pan, add ghee and roast garlic.
- Add Aazol bottle masala and saute.
- Add diced bottle gourd and let it soften for a while.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder tamarind purée.
- Add cooked mutton to the mixture, and mix everything till it all comes together.
- Add coconut milk and let the dish simmer on low flame.
- Serve it hot.
Grilled Kebabs

Ingredients
- 2 Cups of boiled kala chana (horse gram)
- 2 Grated boiled potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon red chilli powder
- Black salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Aazol kala masala
- 2 Cups of semolina
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Soak kala chana overnight and boil them in the morning.
- Add kala chana to a deep bowl and smash it.
- Add grated potato, black salt to taste, cumin powder, red chilli powder and Aazol kala masala.
- Mix everything well until it all binds together.
- Make patties of the paste and coat them with dry semolina.
- Glace the heated pan with oil and grill the kebabs.

Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon red chilli flakes
- 1/2 Tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Aazol kaakvi (liquid jaggery)
- 1 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 Tablespoons grapefruit juice
- 1 Tablespoon Aazol flax seed chutney
- 1 Cup shredded chicken
- 1 Cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/4 Cup julienne carrot
- 1/4 Cup pomelo
- 1/4 Cup julienne cucumber
Method
- In a bowl, add red chilli powder, black soy sauce, Aazol kaakvi, vinegar, black pepper powder, grapefruit juice and Aazol flaxseed chutney.
- Mix everything and keep it aside.
- Take chicken (Quick Chicken Reipes For Dinner), carrot, purple cabbage, cucumber and pomelo in another bowl.
- Pour the dressing and mix everything together.
- Garnish it with a pinch of Aazol flaxseed chutney and crushed peanuts.
