Ingredients For Cumin-Cardamom Tea

  • 1 coarsely crushed cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 glass of water
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds

Method To Prepare Cumin-Cardamom Tea

  • Add these ingredients to water and boil them for 3-5 minutes on medium flame.

The expert mentioned in her caption that this tea recipe also works well in offering relief from stress and nausea. You can also have it before bed to improve sleep.

Soaked Raisins For Migraine

You have to soak at least 10-15 raisins overnight and have them first thing in the morning. They are associated with alleviating symptoms of migraine and offering relief from the throbbing pain.

She added that if a person consumes them every day for at least 12 weeks, the ingredients can improve the overall well-being of the body. It also helps the body combat nausea, acidity, irritation, and one-sided headache.

Apart from this, soaked raisins or soaked raisin water also has other benefits for your health, including detoxifying the liver, boosting immunity, aiding indigestion, helping with weight loss, improving bone strength, regulating blood pressure, and managing heart health.
