Her diet starts with coconut oil, some ghee, jeera water, and a glass of lemon juice in the morning and moves on to nuts and then a balance of carbs, good fats and protein. She snacks lightly and healthily in the evening and her final meal includes a little of everything like vegetables and the non-vegetarians can also include meat, eggs or a bit of legumes or lentils.
