Ingredients Required:

  • 3 Tbsp ½ tsp – Salt
  • ¼ tsp – Black salt
  • ¾ tsp – Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp – Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp – Asafoetida 
  • 1 tsp – Roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp – Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp – Amchur 

Directions:

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer to an airtight container. This masala can be used for 3 to 6 months.
