Turmeric

The first one we have on our list is turmeric. Turmeric has been used as a natural skincare ingredient since ages. Indians are using it to attain naturally beautiful skin and swear by its effectiveness. From bollywood celebrities to beauty influencers, all propagate and recommend it for its amazing benefits. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that effectively combat acne, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and lighten the skin tone. You can make a paste of turmeric with gram flour and milk and apply it to your face. Rinse it with water after 10 minutes.
