Ingredients of Vrat Ki Kadhi

Vrat Ki Kadhi

1 cup yoghurt 

1 cup chestnut flour (Singhare ka atta) 

2 tsp cumin seeds

2 tsp red chilli powder 

4 dry red chillies

2 chopped green chillies 

2 spring curry leaves

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

salt as per salt

How To Make Vrat Ki Kadhi 

1. First, we need to prepare the batter for vrat ki kadhi. Put the yoghurt, red chilli powder, salt, and chestnut flour (singhare ka atta) in a bowl. Mix it well until everything is smooth. Add water now, and whisk one more to combine. Once it's done, set it aside. 

2. Now it's tempering time. To begin, heat some oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds, curry leaves, dried red chillies, and green chilies. Cook them until they start to pop. 

3. Reduce the flame now and whisk in the curd mixture. then boil it for 5-8 minutes, or until it thickens.

4. After the cooking process, the kadhi is prepared for serving. Serve your vrat ki kadhi hot and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
