How To Make Korean Fried Chicken:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder together.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and cold water.

3. Dip the chicken wings or drumettes into the egg mixture and then coat them in the flour mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.

4. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.

5. Carefully add the chicken into the hot oil, frying in batches if needed. Fry the chicken for about 10-15 minutes on a medium-high flame or until it's golden brown and crispy. Place the cooked chicken on a tissue to remove excess oil.

6. Now in another small saucepan, mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic cloves. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it thickens.

7. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil and sesame seeds.

8. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until it's completely coated.

9. Now it's ready. Have it with your favourite beverage.
