How To Make Kimchi Pancake:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, egg, salt, and pepper. Now mix all the ingredients well in the bowl. Set the mixture aside for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to rest.
2. In another mixing bowl, add the chopped kimchi, scallions, and a few pinches of salt. Mix well and set aside.
