Ema Datshi Recipe
Ema Datshi is made up of green and red chillies. Further, cheese made of Yak’s milk and butter is used to cook this dish. Topped with peppers, chillies, onions and tomatoes, this dish is perfect to be served for lunch and dinner.
How To Make Ema Datshi?
Follow the steps to make Ema Datshi Recipe:
Step 1: Take a pan and heat it.
Step 2: Add tomato, onion, capsicum, chilli peppers, slit green chillies, garlic cloves, salt and black peppercorns.
Step 3: Drizzle oil and add one cup of water
Step 4: Increase the flame to high and cover it to boil for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the lid to stir occasionally.
Step 6: Then add butter and grated cheese.
Step 7: Mix all the ingredients well until the cheese melts and gravy thickens.
Step 8: Ema Datshi is ready to serve. You can try it with rice or chapati.
