Ingredients
To make the yummy chilli cheese garlic paratha, you will need 2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup grated cheese, 2-3 fresh green chillies (finely chopped), 3-4 crushed garlic, salt, and spices, along with a small bowl of ghee for cooking the parathas.
Prepare a dough
Take whole wheat flour in a kneading bowl with a pinch of salt in it. While mixing the flour, gradually add water and knead a soft and smooth dough. Cover the dough for 15 minutes with a cotton cloth.
Make a filling
Add grated cheese, finely chopped green chillies, and grated garlic along with salt and spices according to your taste in a separate bowl.
Roll a parantha
Take a small portion of dough, roll it, and then stuff a paratha with the filling. Now, fold the edges of the paratha and roll it evenly from all sides. Make it round and big.
Cook the paratha
Heat a pan on low heat, and put a round of rolled paratha on the pan. Add ghee to the sides of the paratha and cook evenly on both sides.
Serve hot
