How To Make Kurkure Paneer Pakora
1. Begin by preparing the corn flakes coating. Place the corn flakes in a ziplock bag and crush them into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin or pulse them briefly in a food processor. Transfer the crushed corn flakes to a shallow bowl and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, prepare the batter by combining gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter with a consistency
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.
4. Dip each paneer cube into the prepared batter, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.
5. Roll the batter-coated paneer cube in the crushed corn flakes, pressing gently to adhere the flakes to the surface.
6. Carefully place the coated paneer cube into the hot oil and fry in batches until golden brown and crisp, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. 7. Remove from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
8. Repeat the process with the remaining paneer cubes until all are fried.
