Lagan Lakhvanu is the first ceremony in Gujarati weddings which is marked by writing of the official wedding invite called Kankotri. This invite is offered to god as a token to invite his blessing to grace the wedding. Once this ceremony is done, official invites to guests are sent out. While the country is waiting for Anant Ambani’s wedding, the first look of the bride Radhika Merchant from the ceremony has already taken centre stage.
Radhika Merchant Dons A Pastel Lehenga
Ambani’s younger daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant dons a pastel blue-toned lehenga for her Lagan Lakhvanu. The lehenga was skillfully designed by celebrity designer Anamika Khanna. The outfit featured beautiful floral pink choli which was paired with a pastel blue-toned lehenga and a matching dupatta. Radhika pinned the dupatta over her shoulder in a saree style and accessorised her look with a three-layered diamond necklace, matching earrings, mang tika and bracelet. As it was an afternoon function, Radhika kept her makeup minimal. She highlighted makeup with soft pink cheeks, glossy lips, eyeliner and red bindi. Her centre parted open wavy hair look has added to her glam and made her appear no less than a diva.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are childhood sweethearts. However, their dating reports started circulating in 2018 when the duo was spotted together and their first picture went viral. Later on, several times Radhika was spotted with the Ambani family hinting at her brewing love for Anant.
